Are you a Carer?
Do you look after someone who is ill, frail, disabled or mentally ill? If so, you are a carer. we are interested in identifying carers, especially those people who may be caring without help or support.
As a carer, you are also entitled to have your own needs assessed by Adult Care Services. This will give you a chance to talk about your needs as a carer and the possible ways help could be given.
If you are a carer, please let the practice know by completing this
form and handing it in to reception or by clicking
here. Further information can also be found by clicking the 'Carers Direct' link opposite.
Would you complete our online Patient Survey?

We are a training practice - find out more
The practice is a training practice for General Practitioners. A trainee GP is a qualified doctor who has chosen to specialise in General practice and has to undergo various training to enable them to do this. Whilst they work in the practice they are known as a Registrar.
It is possible that you will see the Registrar when you make an appointment and you can be sure that they are all properly qualified and supervised doctors.
